Teresa established The Little Learners Montessori in 1993 to fulfil her passion and interest in Montessori education and care. At the Little Learners we offer Montessori education from 6 months up to the age of 5 years. We are proud and believe fully in the ethos of Montessori education; it offers an exceptional level of care and respect for young children; and promotes independence for the child throughout their early years.
The Little Learners Montessori Nursery was first established in 1993 and has won many childcare awards since. We operate five nurseries in North-West London; Watford, Northwood, Cricklewood and Wembley. Situated a short walk away from Watford Town Centre, our Watford nursery boasts an exceptional outdoor area and state of the art facilities.
We converted the old doctors surgery into a state of the art, newly refurbished Montessori Nursery School. In 2017 the old cycle shop next door was converted to expand the Nursery School in Watford due to popular demand. Our Montessori Nursery is based in Watford and is at the end of Market Street, Watford.
Friendly and dedicated staff, amazing lunch menu and an array of activities to keep the kids learning and engaged. Montessori accreditation ensures that schools using the Montessori name have to offer the high quality education it stands for. The Little Learners Northwood opened in 2014 in Oaklands Gate, Northwood (Next to Northwood Library).
The Little Learners nursery in Cricklewood opened its doors in 2012. We are also accredited by Montessori Education Accreditation Board (MEAB). As our Montessori Nursery is based in Cricklewood, it is close to Childs Hill, Golders Green, Hampsted and Brent Cross. Our nursery school has a large car park situated off Gillingham Road in Cricklewood.

One of the best nursery around! I'm impressed with the care and compassion of the staff, but also with the teaching skills and the knowledge seeded in the little minds . my daughter developed so beautifully under the teachers care. Our journey started at 19 months and today as back then Little learners is my daughter happy place. She always talks about her teachers and she always wants to bring them flowers.

My daughter has attended this nursery, full time, from the age of 11 months (she's now 2) and has loved every day. The staff are approachable, wonderfully warm and care for the children in a way that puts a parent's mind at complete ease. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Little Learners Montessori watford is a exceptional nursery - the attention to detail of the development and learning of each individual child is at the core of their daily practices. The Montessori approach runs through the core of their daily activities. Our daughter started at 8 months old and she has just grown from strength to strength and has such a little social personality with so much interest for life and the world which I think comes from her interaction with her peers and the nurturing of her interests during the time she spends at Nursery. Since starting at little learners I can see the progress my son is making, talking and walking and many other skills. It's only been 2 months but as he was a lockdown baby I was worried about how he would settle in given he's not been around others and especially not without me but the staff have done a great job and now when I go to pick him up he tries to go back in!!

My daughter (14 months) thoroughly enjoys her classes from the group play to the individual floor play. Interacting with children and developing her sensory and motor skills through numerous activities that the teachers at The Little Learners Montessori (Watford) set up is just something I could not provide at home and as frequent. The activities are adapted as your child grows and develops which is brilliant as there is always something new. Daily, monthly, quarterly updates available at your finger tips via an app so you don't miss anything. Highly recommend, do not miss out! 5 stars!!

My son has fallen in love with going to school and it’s all because of the hard work and loving care of the wonderful staff at Little Learners Montessori Watford ❤️ He is developing extremely well and most importantly is thriving in a place he feels at home and happy in.
