Services
Our staff policies cover all areas of children's safety and we train our team to follow correct procedures. Rigorous checks are carried out on all employees prior to starting. We support children to develop an understanding of what is 'risky' as they encounter new challenges and learn about new risks through their natural experiences.
At Table Hall, we support each child's natural curiosity as they become learners through play and we develop their skills and knowledge across as many areas of learning as possible.
The principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage are embedded into our practice- national guidance for working with children from birth to five, and children learn the wide range of experiences available and plenty of positive interaction with well-trained, professional staff.Play helps young children to learn and develop through doing and talking, which research has shown to be the means by which young children learn to think.

Through social mealtimes, we support children to be independent, and to share their experiences with others. We have a 4 week rotating menu that changes twice a year, and our cooks prepare all meals using fresh ingredients. Meals are selected ensuring they are nutritionally balanced and we cater for special dietary requirements.
The baby room is a warm and homely environment; we understand the importance of routine and structure for a child, which is why our dedicated team follow each child's home routine whilst they are in baby room. Asides from their tailored routine we ensure their day is as stimulating as possible through sensory play, song time, stories and craft activities.
We run an After School and Holiday Club for children up to the age of 8. We pick up from Bromet School and Bushey and Oxhey Infants, and the children can stay with us until 18:30.
Children have access to a creative room, where they can do crafts, construction, and lego; upstairs is a small quiet room, where children draw, read, create with Hama Beads etc; and the garden, which they spend time playing ball games, cooking in the mud kitchen and role playing.

Up to the point where I had paid almost £2K in nursery fees - the mother of my son wrote to the nursery and requested not to allow me access to my son at the nursery. Without any investigation into the false claim the nursery banned me from attending and refused payment from that point onwards. When I arrived to ask why they had done this the nursery called the Police on my 78-year-old father and myself. I have since taken my ex partner to court. The nursery need be ashamed of their behaviour. See letter attached as evidence. Do not send you children here.
