Nightingales has been described as South London's best kept secret. Tucked away between Clapham South Tube and Clapham Common, we are proof that 'good things really do come in small packages!' Since 1994 Nightingales has been providing an exciting learning environment, meeting the individual needs of children and families in South West London.
Emma qualified in childcare in 1996. She has a degree in Early Years Childhood and holds the Early Years Professional (EYPS) qualification. Emma has been manager of Nightingales Nursery since 2002.
Although not based in a specific room Emma remains very hands on with the children and enjoys helping out within the rooms, one of her favourite activities with the children is story time and she likes to find engaging stories to tell with the children.Rebecca (Becky) qualified in childcare in 1996 and has been at Nightingales since 2001.

Nightingales Nursery is a home from home. It's an incredibly friendly nursery where both children and parents are welcomed with open arms! Both our children love Nightingales. The teachers are fantastic, they all take the time to make sure every child is cared for in the best way for them. They really do nurture children through the pre-school years before they start on their new adventure!
Nightingales Nursery, based at St Francis Xavier College, 2-minute walk from Clapham South, is currently looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join the Baby Room.
