Hindpool Nursery School

We have been providing Nursery education for over 40 years at our Early Years purpose-built site and are proud to offer every child who attends Hindpool Nursery a high-quality early years experience in a safe, secure yet exciting and stimulating environment. We continued to provide places through lockdown and all the plans and risk assessments we made for a safe return to Nursery after lockdown are now ensuring we continue to remain fully open.

At Hindpool Nursery we seek to nurture a community where every individual (children, families, staff and governors) feels they belong and has a belief in themselves. By using exciting play-based opportunities in which children and adults are active partners, we endeavor to develop social individuals and creative critical thinkers who love learning.

Hindpool Nursery School strives to provide education and care that is second to none, in an imaginative and progressive way. This cannot be achieved without the partnership between our totally committed governors, supportive parents and our dedicated head teacher and staff. Our eight governors represent the parents, staff & community and they have many skills and abilities.

Our purpose-built Nursery School is divided into 3 main rooms: Butterflies, Bears and Birds. Each room is staffed by highly-qualified and well-experienced, caring teaching staff at a generous ratio of adults to children. Each room has designated areas for all different kinds of play with resources regularly updated and refreshed to reflect children's interests and learning.

The Governors of Hindpool Nursery School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, well organised cleaner to be a part of our hard-working and friendly team due to retirement of a current member of staff. Responsibilities will include cleaning of 1 classroom, toilets, offices, kitchen and locking up of the building/key holding.
