She has taught Counselling with a model of CBT at a Further Education College. Christine has had success with her clients by teaching them the tools from CBT, as a take home therapy; empowering them to change unhelpful negative thinking.

I am an experienced teacher for 20 years. I am an experienced CBT Counsellor for 12 years and I can help children and young persons to get to a better place. Initial assessment that's also a start CBT session that takes around 1 hour. Each following session is around 45 minute. Around 4 to 6 sessions can be required.
I initially seeked help from Chris due to long term issues with sleep. Chris taught me how to reframe my thinking and perspective which has not only helped with my sleep but every aspect of my life. Chris made me feel very comfortable and was very easy to talk to and confide in. I would highly recommend Chris and CBT to anyone who is considering this route!
Being Anxious is really no fun at all! It engulfs your life and makes you feel exhausted from going over your problems and your lack of sleep. Through CBT techniques I can teach you how to manage your worries and fears and look at problems in more helpful ways. Many of my clients have suffered from Anxiety and now say CBT changed their life for the better and the future looks good now.
I have successfully used CBT with many clients with workplace stress. My clients have been able to increase their self esteem at work and believe again in what they do. I have been able to help my clients return to work after long periods. They have returned happy in the belief that they can manage any situation and feel good about themselves.

I wish I’d found someone like Chris to talk to years ago!
I was really scared sending her the first email, but I’d reached a point where I just wanted to stop thinking the way I thought. I was tired of being so negative about myself and fed up of hiding away and avoiding as many social situations as I could. I found her online and when I saw ‘Everyone deserves to be happy’ written on her site, I made myself send her a note.
I needn’t have been scared though – from our first meeting, Chris was welcoming, kind and friendly – and after a few sessions with her, I stopped feeling embarrassed
