I have been a counsellor since 2006 and running my private practice since 2011. Currently I am available for counselling online, using Zoom or a similar video platform. I have undertaken further training in online therapy and I fully support the research concluding that online therapy can be as effective as in person therapy.

After undertaking a one-year foundation course in counselling, my counselling career began by studying for a three-year post graduate diploma in psychodynamic counselling.This involved a combination of study of theoretical approach, clinical experience and extensive personal therapy. Couples counselling or relationship counselling involves both partners together in counselling. As a couple you may be experiencing a particular difficulty or have more general problems.
