Julie De Burgh
Julie de Burgh is a Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner in West London, Ealing W13 which is convenient for Acton, Chiswick, Brentford, Hanwell, Greenford, Southall, W13, W5, W7. I routinely work with clients who worry excessively - about the future, or the past - which leaves them feeling anxiety, stress, frustration.

This often leads to anger, guilt, fear, shame, depression, jealousy, regret and feelings of low self-esteem and lack of confidence. Hypnotherapists use hypnotic trance states to treat a variety of psychological problems and psychologically-derived physical problems. Everyone can benefit from the effects of hypnotherapy as it acts to allow the mind to access its own resources and abilities.
Services
She also works as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing) Therapist, EmoTrance Advanced Practitioner, EmoTrance Relationship Consultant, EFT/Tapping Practitioner, Traumatic Incident Reduction Practitioner. Julie works in West London, Ealing, W13 and has 32 years experience in hypnotherapy.
Sometimes people can't complete the natural mourning process because of painful memories which can be healed. If you have been the victim of a crime or an accident or painful childhood experiences and keep having flashbacks, these memories can be de-traumatised. This valuable technique can be easily learned and gives you access to the skills and creative intelligence of the unconscious mind.
Hypnotherapy is about utilising trance states to go beyond conscious limitations and access the unconscious mind to heal problems, reclaim lost resources and tap into creative solutions. In fact, hypnotherapy runs through most of the techniques I use to make profound changes effectively, by involving the unconscious mind.
Hypnotherapy - the therapeutic use of trance states to get to the root of your problems, beyond your conscious understanding of the causes. You may consciously be aware of the causes of your problems, but that does not heal them. Mindfulness Inner RePatterning - a way to truly isolate and heal the mental patterns which are causing your problems in thinking, behaving and feeling.
Mindfulness Inner RePatterning is a very gentle, learnable technique which can efficiently resolve issues like phobias, public speaking, and more complex whole - life issues such as generalised stress and anxiety. Mindfulness Inner RePatterning works with the language of the mind, mainly feelings, internal talk and images.

Report
Julie was my therapist at one of my worst points in my life. Without her exceptional expertise patience compassion I do not where I would have ended up.
I would strongly recommend Julie to anyone who is struggling with life and all that it throws at us.
A real gem!
