Cognitive hypnotherapy supports people in getting rid of unhelpful habits and replacing them with more useful habits in whatever it is that they want to be doing differently, be it in their personal or work lives.

Cognitive hypnotherapy works rapidly to increase communication between what we want to do and want we actually do. Using this technique you can create good communication between the unconscious and the conscious mind. When you have this communication you are able to get rid of old habits and integrate new and more useful ones.
This is typically what I find has gone on for most clients, children, young people and adults - this child's brain interpreted the problem as him being a failure - when I meet that child at 30 he is still running that BELIEF. Of course poor old dad definitely never meant to impact his child in that way, however that's exactly how this child processed that information at that specific moment in time.
I like my sessions to be 90 minutes - I don't want you to rush and I want to have enough time for you to both speak about the situation, and to use hypnotherapy and other techniques to create solid changes that you can notice over the weeks to come. However, I understand that some people would prefer an hour session and if that is what you prefer, please just say and we can organise that in terms of time and investment.
We will work together discovering your individual unhelpful processes and self defeating habits replacing them with habits that work for you. Cognitive Hypnotherapy borrows from numerous disciplines understanding that every individual has a different way of experiencing and operating in the world so different techniques will work for different people.
Have you ever been really scared, perhaps whilst watching a film? All your energy is directed at dealing with a stress creating situation. This is part of our most basic response to a feeling of danger. When we are scared or in a heightened state our emotions trigger the release of the hormone adrenalin, this flows into our blood stream and causes us to have a rush of energy which prompts us to either stay or run; the "fight or flight response".

Jagdeep has so much knowledge and experience. She works very sincerely and has a natural flare to bring out the best in her clients. Jagdeep used various cognitive hypnotherapy and NLP techniques to help me with anxiety and past trauma. After a few sessions I felt much less anxious. She is very kind and worked hard to help me feel better - I would certainly recommend her.
