For some there will a significant shift after the first session however this won't always be the case and usually it will take a (short) number of sessions to really notice all the benefits. I will discuss this with you during our first session. As a rough guide and depending on the person and their presenting issue, treatments will usually take between 2-5 sessions, again we will discuss this during the first session.

I had hypnotherapy with Matthew around two weeks ago, and I am still in shock at how it has really helped me! In one session, he found the root cause of my problem area and helped me "put it away" so I wasn't stuck in that situation anymore. I've been smoking for over 30 years and for 28 of those I've been smoking cannabis every day.. Over the last 10 years, my habit grew out of control and I was spending over £500 a month on weed... 8 days ago I met Matthew... 8 days ago I stopped smoking... Every day I pinch myself... If I hadn't gone to see him id be sat smoking now.. I've already saved the cost of the appointment.. I would recommend seeing him if you are truly ready to stop.. But you have to want to stop more than anything .. Good luck

I had a severe fear of lifts. I saw Matthew for only two sessions and he has really helped me to overcome my fear. I am now able to get into lifts with reduced anxiety. I would highly recommend Matthew.

I highly recommend Matthew! Recently myself and my husband were hypnotised to quit smoking and we are delighted with the results. We have both smoked for years (14 and 16 years respectively) and tried many times to quit without success, and following two sessions each with Matthew we have never looked back. It’s the best thing we have ever done!

I asked Matthew to help me when I wanted to quit smoking. I was a heavy smoker and was really addicted to it! I have only had one session so far but I haven't touched a cigarette since (almost 2 months now). Matthew is really professional and a very good listener. I highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Matthew, he changed my life!
The sessions with Matthew have been a tremendous help, his experience, knowledge and especially his manner made me feel completely at ease from the first session. We have worked on brilliant methods of controlling the severe anxiety attacks I once suffered from. Anxiety and panic attacks no longer control my social and work life, I have managed to increase my earnings by 20%, this is simply because I can work a full week without suffering anxiety attacks.

I went to see Matthew last year for a number of different things so I’ll go through them and briefly state what worked and how it helped
1 Intrusive and morbid thoughts: I was having daily thoughts about myself and loved ones dying or being hurt and it was causing me terrible troubles. These went straight away after the 1st session and this was amazing, this was the first thing Matthew suggested would help straight away. 5 out of 5
2 Spider fear: This one didn’t work quite so well but I’m not as scared as I was. I still scan rooms but less so and when I have seen them I’m much calmer
