My Hypnotherapy Ealing West London practice is located just 3 minutes from Hanger Lane station, which makes it easy and convenient for many of my clients. I chose Ealing as a base because I love this borough. I have been living here for years and it is a very accessible location even for clients who live further away from West London, but prefer to see me in a quiet location.

I went to see Dita few months back at her Ealing hypnotherapy practice with issues of confidence, anxiety and past traumatic memories that were just not letting me progress in my life. She identified other issues that were related with what I thought my issues were. And in few sessions she managed to say 'reprogrammed my mind'. I am so thankful to here and for the time she spent working with me to resolve these issues. Thank you Dita, you are an expert at what you do. this review is the least I can do to recommend you. My fear of flying is something that built up over the years and I was sometimes managing - sometimes not - but I'm now flying with my toddler and I realised she saw me very anxious and it was impacting on her. I went to see Dita and she lit up very interesting aspects of my personality on why this was happening. Through hypnosis, I felt grounded in my body in a soothing way and felt like I had access to different tools I could rely on to keep the composure I usually have, especially in front of my daughter.
