I started in optics over 30 years ago and became a fully qualified optical technician four years later. We are still open during the latest lockdown. Our staff are tested twice a week to ensure your continued safety when visiting us. We routinely clean every surface that is touched and we also clean every single frame that has been picked up and/or tried on. We appreciate that some people don't want to visit during these worrying times but if you need is we are here.

I have visited many places, but I have never ever come across one that provides such a bad customer experience. As a customer when you buy new glasses your bound to have some problems sometimes. I went to the store to speak about my problems to Tim and he blamed me, refused to help me and told me to get my glasses made elsewhere from now on. He said this right in front of another customer. I am appalled by this.
Tim, the owner of the store, is very rude and disrespectful and as a customers you do not deserve to be treated like this. I would definitely not recommend anyone buy glasses from here

Fantastic Service - can't fault the help these guys gave me with purchasing new cycle prescription glasses and some varifocal glasses. They even went to the trouble of sourcing some Prada frames I had seen in another location but they currently didn't stock. Fast, efficient and friendly service - definitely going back in the future.

A highly recommended family business. I was seen immediately on a busy Saturday morning by an optician who was was professional and meticulous. The changes to my prescription were explained to me and I felt no pressure to purchase. After sales was great too! I lost my paper copy of my prescription so they emailed me my details immediately on request. An extremely well-run and friendly opticians.
