Just called to make an appointment for my daughter who is 17 and she is in a full time education and entitled to have NHS appointment. A lady called Sania answered the phone, extremely unhelpful and tried to say that we don’t have NHS appointment till 17th Nov. but within school’s time. She just tried to push me in the corner to accept the private appointment. Absolutely cheeky.

Took nearly 2 weeks to get the glasses for my son. The front desk people are extremely unhelpful. When we went there there were 3 girls at the front desk reception chatting between themselves and nobody came to assist us. When i had to pick up the glasses I was asked o sit down, just to wait for another person to just hand me the glasses.
