Fitness Hub 21 was born out of a desire to help you reconnect with your own health and fitness, and to help people who have struggled to achieve results in normal gym settings. We wanted to make personal training more accessible for you and put the emphasis on long term health and fitness, rather than a quick fix.

I came across Lisa a year ago and can honestly say Fitness Hub 21 has changed my life. I always wanted to be be a gym goer but never prioritised it until I started here. The programme structure has resulted in noticeable fitness progress. The environment is fun and un-intimidating, and the trainer attention means I know I am safe from injury. In addition to the fitness, Lisa provided me with excellent advice on nutrition and the support needed to get me eating wisely. My commitment and consistency to training has never been this strong and I put it down to the trainers and the Fitness Hub 21 community

I love my time training at Fitness Hub 21! Lisa has created the perfect space for focussed gym sessions, and her ability to create challenging workouts to suit any level, keeps me motivated to keep going. Along with her fantastic trainers I also get realistic nutritional advice and ongoing goals to help me reach my targets. The timetable has flexible options and which suits my lifestyle and now with a mix of online and in person sessions it means I am able to train regularly around my work and my children.
The gym is super clean and I feel comfortable to train there any day of the week. Win win

I joined Fitness Hub in October 2018 as I needed a real boost with my fitness following injuries. I needed something more personal and this has been exactly what I needed. I come 3-5 times a week and never thought I’d be able to fit that in or stick to it! It’s so easy to book your sessions & it’s so convenient. Gyms have never been my thing - but I love coming here! It’s not like a normal gym at all - you get coached and learn about how and what to use. It’s a really great environment & everyone is always very supportive of each other.

At the start of this year I went along with my daughter to have a look at Fitness Hub 21 as she was interested in joining. I had tried gyms in the past and had never committed for more than a few weeks after my initial induction. I was convinced the gym environment wasn't for me but as soon as I met Lucy and Lisa I knew this was something different. I decided to try the trial month, along with my daughter, and I haven't looked back since! I love the set up of the small group P/T sessions - there is so much individual attention but you also feel part of a team and everyone supports each other. Lisa

Having been with other gyms I was looking for a a more bespoke offering, my aim was to get back into fitness and Fitness Hub 21 ticked all the boxes, to train in a friendly, fun atmosphere, the members are lovely as well. Also, advice is offered to help on the nutrition front and tailoring training for individual needs. Well worth the investment both Lisa and Lucy are great at what they do !

I absolutely love training at Fitness Hub 21. Lisa has always been so welcoming and the small group sessions are perfect for me, Lisa will correct form, encourage and push you to help obtain your goals. It is a small space but it has everything you need, it never feels cramped. Everyone I have trained with is friendly and I just love going there.

Joining Fitness Hub 21 was the best thing I have done. I am feeling great and after my months trail the change in my body was quite obvious and I am delighted to have joined up long term. Lisa and Lucy are great!! The other men and women training are so friendly and welcoming and it's actually great fun, hard work but really enjoyable. I much prefer the small group training to being on my on. It motivates me more and we have a laugh along the way. It will be the best thing you do joining fitness hub 21 and I am looking forward to seeing what I can achieve in the next few months.

This gym is amazing. It is so wonderful to be able to train in small groups ; so much more enjoyable than on your own. There are several weekly sessions and they are completely flexible; you can sign up to attend as late as the night before so you can fit the training in around the rest of your life. I have muscles and core strength that I did not have before. Lisa and Lucy tailor the training to work around any ailments you might have such as a sore shoulder so you always get a great workout. Great training in a welcoming and supportive environment.

I joined Fitnesshub21 back in May 2017 half expecting to attend for a few weeks and give up, but seven months later I'm consistently training two to three times a week and really enjoying it. The benefits have been really positive; I've found a flexible fitness regime that really suits me, with people I feel comfortable training with and better still, I've lost over a stone in the process. Signing up to the trial was hands-down one of the best things I did in 2017 and I'm really looking forward to achieving more goals in 2018.
