Carrie is our friendly receptionist and has been part of the team here at Faversham Veterinary Clinic since 2014. Carrie has a very impressive 40 years administration experience.
Our practice team will collect your personal pet and banking details at reception; taking your first payment on the day you register followed by 11 direct debits. This is a 12 month policy after which a 1 month notice period is required to cancel. If you cancel during the first 12 months, we reserve the right to charge you the remaining monthly charges for the first 12 months.

We are relatively new to the clinic having taken our puppy there for her injections. Our experience so far has been an extremely positive one. All the staff we have encountered have had a great attitude and an in depth knowledge of their field. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Faversham Veterinary Clinic to anyone in the future! We’ve been part of Faversham vets for 7 years.
5 weeks ago we lost our beloved dog Bailey. Craig and the team were amazing with all of her care she needed, diagnosis etc. even with baileys odd temperament.
Now we are the proud owners of 2 puppies and again chose Faversham vets to take care of them!! The nurses are lovely, kind, and caring, the team of vets are great too!! So happy and thank you for all you do for our babies

Lovely local vets- Gillian at reception is professional and warm making dealing with the practice a breeze, Annie the nurse is so caring and patient making myself and my young pup feel shes in good hands. Craig is fantastic he is experience, honest and effective and has made sure my little girl has received the top possible care for her condition. No matter who I deal with whether on the phone or in person the entire team makes my experience simple and considerate- Couldn't ask for more pup and I are grateful to have them.

Faversham Veterinary Clinic are amazing! Our Dog was diagnosed with Hip Dysplasia last year and from day one Craig, Tina and all the staff at Faversham have been amazing! George is like a new dog! They have really helped him become a happy dog again! They have always been able to fit us in last minute and on many occasions we have had to attend other appointments for our other pets (the vets is our second home) and have always been helpful and just all round lovely and caring. This is the most fantastic Vetinary practice I have ever used.
Apart from obviously being extremely professional in every sense... All of the Vetinary staff go up and beyond any care that I have come across before.

Every time my cat visits all of the staff from receptionists, nurses, vets and assistants are all exceptional. He is always treated with the upmost care and kindness. He’s very shy and doesn’t trust many people however as he always sees the same vet and same few nurses, they have all got to know him and are always patient with him. I would not hesitate to recommend this vets to anyone.

Such a lovely vets! I have been so impressed by the advice and care that I have received for my cat over the three years I have had him. The nurses immediately put you at ease and are happy to answer any questions you may have. They don’t make you feel at all silly when you feel like you’re being too fussy over your pet and they are so kind and thoughtful throughout. I have received great help and advice over the phone from the receptionist too which was fab! Thank you!
