Tregorran Guest House
As per Government rule changes, face coverings will become a personal choice of each individual guest and not compulsory whilst transiting communal areas. We still encourage regular hand sanitisation and stations will remain in place. We are a family run guest house situated in Mevagissey, a picturesque working fishing village and harbour on the south coast of Cornwall.

We have private off-road parking available for all our guests and a private entrance. Free high speed Wi-Fi is available in every room, all of which are presented to a high standard. Our B&B is the perfect retreat for exploring Mevagissey and all of Cornwall's beauty, too. Safe, sandy beaches are nearby, along with world renowned visitor attractions The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan.
Services
If you are travelling by car or public transport, then individual details are set out below. Car parking arrangements are set out, too. The vast majority of our guests will be travelling from the east so once past Exeter on the M5, stay in the left hand two lanes when the motorway ends, signposted Okehampton/Bodmin A30.
Our rates include breakfast, along with parking and are quoted on a per night, per room basis - two people sharing. Room only options are available, please contact us directly via phone, e-mail or our booking enquiry page for more information. Our minimum length of stay for most of the year is two nights.
If you have any questions please look at our 'Questions' page first as we have listed the most commonly asked questions there. Please note we do not accept dogs and we no longer have family rooms (2 people per room is the maximum). We look forward to hearing from you and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
All prices are based on either single occupancy or two sharing. Our rooms have hanging space and drawers along with a hospitality tray which contains tea, coffee, hot chocolate, decaffeinated options, along with sugar, milk and biscuits. We also provide filtered water and replenish each room every day.
Well, we think so anyway. At Tregorran, we offer the best start to the day and serve breakfast between 8.15 am and 9.00 am. To start with, guests can help themselves to fruit juice, cereals, Greek yoghurt and our delicious home-made fruit compote. Then, choose from freshly brewed Mevagissey Coffee and Cornish Tea, along with speciality flavours.

Excellent small Guesthouse. Modern decor, new fittings, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good. Parking. There is a nice wooden balcony with a couple of tables and sea views. Great for a sundowner in the evening. Couldn't fault it .

Spent a few nights at this lovely Bed and breakfast in Mevagissey, spotlessly clean and very well presented. Breakfast was lovely, local produce, well cooked and lots of choices, nothing was too much trouble for our hosts Gareth and Lara. Would definitely recommend the Tregorran Guest House.

Great place to stay. The owners were very polite and friendly. Situated 5-10 min walk from harbour/village centre. Decent size car park, it was fully booked when we stayed and all guests were parked on the drive okay. The room was always clean. The cooked breakfast was fantastic ! I've stayed in a lot of different placed in Mevagissey over 30 years now. This was right up there as one of the best. 5* from me.

Perfect location just a short walk down into Mevagissey and the added bonus of parking was great for us. Lara and her husband Gareth were very welcoming and the whole place was immaculately clean. Our room had everything we needed. The breakfast was reduced because of covid but this was to be expected. There was still a good range of breakfast rolls, cereals, yogurt and drinks. It was well organised as you had a time to eat and had to pre-order. We would highly recommend and will be back!

The guest house is cozy, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was lovely and made fresh each morning based on your selection the day before. Gareth the owner, was friendly and helpful. The place is a very short walk to the harbour where one can enjoy great food and breathtaking scenery. Highly recommend.
