Absolutely beautiful B and B!
Karen and her son were fabulous, welcoming and so helpful.
Our room was immaculate and even though the guest house is right by a busy road, our lovely annexe room was so peaceful. We all slept so well.
The garden is lovely and peaceful and my girls just loved the dogs!
Karen's breakfast was top notch! So much choice for all members of the family and her fry up hit the spot! 😊
Fantastic place to stay and we'll definitely visit again.

5 friends and I stayed here for 3 nights, in 3 double bedrooms. Karen was really nice with us, the room were spotless, the price convenient and the position just 12 minutes from the nearest beach. Absolutely recommended!

We recently stayed at Pensalda guest house for our weeks holiday. Karen was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. I mentioned our 10 year old liked tortoises and Karen bought Henry the tortoise to our room to show him. Con also loved the dog Winnie. We stayed in room 7 the family room and it was clean, comfortable and met our needs. The accommodation is walking distance to Newquay Town centre it takes about 10 mins to walk in so ideally located. We would definitely recommend the Pensalda guest house. Thank you! Fran, Scot and Connor

My boyfriend and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at the Pensalda Guest House. Karen was very warm and welcoming to us. The room was spotless and very comfortable. It was a little compact, but certainly catered for all our needs, and the continental breakfast was more than satisfying...it set us up for the day perfectly! We used the guest house as a base to explore Cornwall as well as visit spots nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

Room extremely dated although it was clean and tidy. Unfortunately owners were not very friendly and we were made to feel uncomfortable. Many signs inside accommodation (even to specify where your used tea bag goes) along with strict check in rules and bans on bringing food into your room. Overall we would not recommend this b&b and definitely would not return.
