Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate single sex groups or pets. All of our rooms are well appointed and most have country views. We are situated on the edge of Newquay town (5 minute walk), yet only 3 minutes drive to the Pentire Peninsula which has rolling green coastline overlooking the easily accessible Fistral Beach which is renowned for its surfing.

Meadow View is a friendly, family run, non-smoking establishment, located in the quieter part of Newquay but just 5 minutes walk from the town centre and many of Newquay's spectacular beaches. Accommodation comprises of seven well appointed bedrooms. All have shower en-suite, Freeview TV, safe, radio alarm clock, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer and most have country views.
Deposits are required for all bookings, within 7 days of booking being made. Deposits received after this time will not necessarily guarantee accommodation, all deposits are non-refundable. We require at least three clear days notice for cancelation. Our cancelation policy is based on normal legal practice within the UK.
To find us - A392 to Quintrell Downs, when you reach the roundabout (keep Quintrell Inn on your right) go straight across. Follow this road until you reach the second roundabout (Kings Head Inn should be on your left), go straight across the roundabout. Follow this road until you come to another roundabout, go straight across so you see a sign (Welcome to Newquay).
