Services
Holy Redeemer Catholic Primary School is a Catholic school where the message of Christ inspires the curriculum and all aspects of school life. Religious education is in accordance with Roman Catholic doctrine and practice. The School aims to provide the kind of education which enables each pupil, in accordance with his or her ability, to become a dedicated member of the Catholic Church and a responsible citizen.
We are a single form entry Primary school, with our own pre-school. We cater for pupils aged 2-11 years. Our current class arrangement has 9 classes; pre-school, Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, Year 3/4, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6. We enhance learning opportunities for all children by recognising each child's unique individuality; their academic, social, cultural strengths and interests.
The Early Years Foundation Stage is the period of education from birth to 5 years. In our Foundation Stage we have a preschool, taking children from two to four years, and a single form Reception class. At Holy Redeemer Catholic Primary School our youngest learners arrive with a diverse range of skills and prior learning experiences.
We offer a great start in life to all of our pupils, who feed into our popular and highly successful primary school. We offer a comprehensive pre-school education, combined with extensive wrap-around care, all delivered by our well qualified and friendly team. Hopscotch forms part of our Early Years provision at Holy Redeemer School, led by Mrs. Toyah Riley, our Preschool Leader and Mrs. Bee Sanders, our Early Years Co-Ordinator.
