Keepers Cottages is a family run company with a strong reputation for providing quality self-catering holidays in the 90 plus cottages within its property portfolio across Kent. Keepers Cottages has led the way for self-catering accommodation across Kent since the company was founded in 2013 by Camilla Shipton, still the owner today.
Step out over the sea with a walk along the pier and look back at the amazing seafront vista - spot fisherman's cottages, the unique Timeball Tower and the battlements of Deal Castle. Along the whole length of the seafront is a dedicated path north, towards the famous golf courses and south towards Walmer Castle and beyond.
Kingsdown is a picturesque village just south of Deal, on the English channel coast of Kent. I’ve just returned from a glorious 3 night break at Cordyline Cottage. The cottage is a stones throw away from Deal beach and located in the middle of the thriving conservation area. It was our first trip away with our 4 month old baby and so we were slightly nervous about our accommodation but the cottage really felt like home from home. It’s beautifully furnished with real attention to detail. A gorgeous kitchen which made cooking in the evenings a real delight! I will most definitely be returning again in the near future.

We had a lovely week long stay at Middle Deal Cottage in Deal, Kent. The cottage was immaculate and had everything we could wish for, including a lovely garden. Easy walking distance to the seafront and to the local attractions. Keepers Cottages provided good information before our stay and were on hand for any emergencies or queries.

Duke Street in Deal is the perfect holiday home. We are 2 families and have now visited three times. There’s loads of space including a separate sitting room for the teens and is ideally located for the beach (3 min walk); shops and restaurants (2 min walk) and a big Sainsbury’s a few minutes the other way. It’s nicely decorated and well maintained. Phoebe and Camilla at Keepers Cottages have been great. I’m confident that everything will be in order when I book with them and am already planning to use them again next year.

We stayed at the Loft in Deal which we booked through Keepers Cottages. The booking process was so easy and informative every step of the way. The Loft was a lovely, small, compact apartment with everything you needed and very tastefully furnished. It was a great location, although on the high street it was very quiet and only 2 minutes to the sea front. Keepers Cottages will definitely be my first choice when looking for accommodation in the future. Thank you to Camilla and her team. Carolyn
