Three of our cottages are located next to the public footpath which runs through our fields, and adjacent to our large pond, home to numerous species of carp and various wildlife. Whilst the fourth one is adjoining the main house but it is still self contained with it's own entrance, there is a large patio outside leading onto our extensive gardens, providing a lovely view.
All three cottages have fully fitted kitchens, dining areas and an open plan lounge with french doors leading out onto a private paved patio area and small garden backing on to open fields. There is a parking space outside each cottage, and further parking available outside the main house.

What a truly breathtaking place! Had a wonderful break at Reynolds Farm, the cottage we stayed in was so homely and relaxing, the hot tub was perfection. All very clean with facilities to cook for yourself (although we had the breakfast which was included) lots of parking available and all the grounds are accessible to guests, we walked around for a good hour, lots to do in the local area and there are a number of towns to visit close by. cannot thank you enough. we will definitely be back soon.

As always a wonderful welcome from Neil & Freda, the cottages are stunning, spacious, homely and clean the facilities are modern and everything you will need for your stay is available. The grounds are truly breathtaking and are constantly kept in immaculate condition, could walk round them for hours. Such a good location and lots of tourist spots are within 10 minutes, I have been a few times now and will always recommend Reynolds Farm to family and friends.

This is an amazing place. We were so lucky that another couple had to postpone their stay on a short notice and we were able to grab it.
It‘s 100% like described if not nicer.
Everything was clean and lovely and the hot tub was amazing.
I wish the people who booked after us would have also cancelled so we could have stayed longer. :-)
Btw: the bed is also comfy, which is not the standard for Airbnb places. It’s a bit small (but that’s just British ;-)) but there is a sofa bed, which is also surprisingly comfortable to sleep on (in case you need to outsource the hubby)

We've just spent 2 nights in this lovely guest house and I can't praise it enough. The rooms are spacious and comfy and the gardens are beautifully kept which entices lots of wildlife to them which you can sit and watch from one of the many little seating areas dotted around the place. The owners were lovely and are more then happy to recommend areas to visit or places to eat. Great stay and would highly recommend.
