Our aim is to provide guests with many of the creature comforts of a quality hotel but with the added space and convenience afforded to a self-catering environment. The heated indoor swimming pool is open all year and is a huge draw. It is maintained at a toasty 30 - 31 degrees. Our guests enjoy their own private session daily - no need to share with others.

Catering options, including 2/3 course suppers and afternoon tea in the comfort of your own cottage. Separate one-bedroom cottage (Cherry) and/or apartment also available if you have 8 or 10 in your party. Damson is our largest cottage and is loved by our many returning guests for its spacious, well equipped and sociable kitchen / lounge and tasteful decor.
Catering options, including arrival night suppers, 'Cook' pre-order service, full afternoon tea. The Hayloft Barn conversion, dating originally from circa 1600, oozes rural charm. Offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bath / shower rooms, Hayloft sleeps 4 in comfort.
For larger groups and special occasion 'get togethers', consider booking Hayloft together with Damson and/or Cherry Cottages which sleeps 2. We also have available a cosy apartment for couples (which taken together can sleep up to 14 guests in comfort).Hayloft has a very well equipped open plan kitchen and dining area, two fridges, ceramic hob, washer / dryer, dish washer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, iron and iring board etc.

Cherry Cottage is located in a converted Kentish Barn and is finished and equipped to a very high standard. Ideal escape for couples. Open plan lounge / dining area with flat screen smart TV, a DVD player and a Bose CD/radio.
Our Blossom Apartment is a first floor apartment for 2 and is ideal for romantic getaways or to compliment our larger cottages for family gatherings and the like. It is especially popular with couples and enjoys great views over our cherry orchard from its own private terrace to the rear of the property and over the formal gardens to the front.
The spa quality indoor pool is heated to a toasty 31 degrees and is open all year round. Holiday cottage guests enjoy their own private session in the pool daily - no need to share with others. New for Autumn 2021, we now have a visiting beautician on site available for massage and facials at very reasonable rates.

A very enjoyable four night break at the lovely Frith Farm House. The surrounding countryside is leafy and lovely with apple trees in abundance!
The cottage was like a home away from home and very comfortable (so much so that we ate in every night). We also enjoyed using the swimming pool and the table tennis in between our visits to Canterbury cathedral, Sissinghurst gardens and Whitstable. All in all a very good break in a great part of the Kent countryside!

This looks amazing. Great plsce to get away from it all, relax and enjoy the countryside. The owners are very welcoming. They offer self contained cottage holiday let's for couples, small families and groups. As well as the local country walks, you have use of an indoor swimming pool.
There are a few towns within driving distance. Ashford, Faversham, Sittingbourne and you are not far away from the Cathedral City of Canterbury. If you don't mind driving a little further out, there are plenty other places of interest. Castles, beaches, zoos and wildlife parks. Enjoy your stay.

A lovely, high quality place to relax either singly, as a couple or family. The facilities are very clean, the pool kept at 30°, the grounds nice to walk around and Andrew and Jane (owners) are very helpful. Our unit, The Hayloft was on 2 floors, (so not accessible if you have limited mobility) and the downstairs has low ceilings, so beware if over 5'8"! Having said that, inside is beautifully furnished and equipped, with a fully fitted kitchen and more dishes, pots pans and sundries than you could need, with slightly raised dining area. There are 2 bedrooms, one twin, ensuite and one ensuite
