We are a group of small animal practices in Dorset and Hampshire, first established in the 1960s. We are passionate about animal care and our skilled team of veterinarians and vet nurses are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your animals. Because we love animals and strive to provide excellent continuity of care, we are open seven days a week and provide our own 24 hour care at our hospital.

We also offer free parking for clients at our surgeries. To help keep us all safe, please do not attend the practice unless you have a pre-booked appointment, or have arranged to collect food/medication.
Services
As pet owners, we all want our pets to live happy and active lives as part of our family. Our goal is to work with you to ensure that you and your pets have everything you need for a happy and healthy life together. We have a team of expert vets, supported by a large team of nurses and receptionists all dedicated to offering the best service we can to our fellow pet owners.
Here at Cedar Veterinary Group, we're very proud to have so many enthusiastic and dedicated individuals working in our friendly practice. We are all passionate about animals and their well-being, from our veterinary surgeons and qualified nurses to our essential support staff. Highly trained and caring, each of us has a role to play in making this a special practice for you to visit with your pet.
Our team of highly dedicated and experienced veterinary surgeons and vet nurses are devoted to your pet's wellbeing. Your pets are always our priority. We all have our own pets and work hard to provide the same service to you that we would want for our own much-loved animals. At our surgeries we provide continuity of care, working with you to provide effective and high quality treatment.
Many of our patients are receiving long term treatment and are eligible for 'repeat prescriptions'. Usually, we see these patients every six months, although for some conditions and often at the start of a new treatment, this may be more frequently. If your pet is due more of their usual medication, please contact us no less than 48-hours before you would like to collect this.
In the event of an emergency during our normal opening hours please call your normal surgery and you will be advised what to do next. We provide our own 24 hour emergency care. If your call is during the night or at the weekend whilst our clinic is closed, please contact our Ringwood hospital on 01425 473683.

Honestly really kind and caring staff, when my dog was a puppy he would eat anything and everything which would cause him to vomit, they would always see him and offer advice no matter what time it was. He love his visits.

No communication between vet and reception, got called after leaving demanding payment from receptionist but I had been told by vet to pay in full when I picked up treatment tablets that they didn't have in stock and were getting in in a couple of days.
