Barney and his team have been absolutely amazing. My cat Marlon had multiple injuries after he was run over and we thought he may not make it. I say he is a miracle cat.. but that is only because of the hard… work, determination, love and care of Barney and his team. We could never thank you all enough!. I wish you all well.. My husband and I would like to express our gratitude and take this time now to thank every single person involved in providing the very best urgent medical assistance to our boy Dobby on Monday 17th Jan 2022. Never in a million years were we prepared to not have him home again. We were caught so off guard that uncontrollable tears was all we had, then saying goodbye after 12 years, when only 24hrs before he was wagging his tail being his charismatic self. Cannot thank them enough for what they did for our puppy. Unfortunately through an accidental head trauma Noodles didn't make it but the vets did all they could for him. Special mention to Filipa who always… updated us for the short time he was there, and for her support throughout. Noodles life only reached to 10 weeks, but he was so loved by everybody right to the end. Thank you for the vets for being there for him, and us right to the end and being able to give him the most comfortable transition to puppy heaven💗

What a wonderful place. My 15 month old German Shepherd has just had an op to fix several issues and I can honestly say I’ve never had more trust in a vet. They even managed to do all of it keyhole which is… remarkable. My boy is now home and comfortable. What more could you ask for. Thank you so much to each and every one of you for looking after my boy so well. I am so grateful.

Would highly recommend - from the veterinary surgeons to the nurses and receptionists, I can't say one bad word. My dog was looked after to the highest standard after spinal surgery. The communication was second to none throughout his whole stay. No matter how many times I called for an update, the nurses were more than happy to have a detailed chat at any time of day or night. I was sent pictures and videos throughout the recovery process which helped put my mind at rest. Absolutely amazing!! Thank you so so much to everyone there :)

Would like to say a huge thanks to Ricardo and his team for a wonderful job with our Jodie. She spent a week with them. I can't thank them enough for getting her home to us.

It's difficult to put a 5 start rating when your pet died, however the team of vets and nurses did everything they could for our young dog. They were kind, empathic and when we needed it they were direct.
The reception staff were wonderful too.
No one wants to have to take a pet to a veterinary hospital really but they served our dog well over his too short life and we are very grateful.

Our Labrador was seen by Barney today after months of unexplained intermittent lameness that has caused us a huge amount of worry. I have been completely overwhelmed by Barney's kind, empathic and incredibly informative consultation today and cannot thank him enough. I have sometimes left vet appointments with unanswered questions or felt unsure about what is likely to happen. Today, I felt a sense of relief that my boy is in the best hands and felt I had a good understanding of what was being done and why, as well as some indication of what the future will hold.

We were referred here after an accident whilst on holiday in the New Forest. we were in utter despair, but SCVS were very calm and tried to put our mind at rest. a week later and we have brought her home, a lot… of physio ahead still, but this place and in particular Filipa have been amazing throughout. There is nothing bad to say about the treatment our little cat Denny has received from all at the surgery. Yesterday, Victoria explained everything to us in a very clear and sympathetic way and made us know that they would do everything possible to help him. This morning, Tobi rang us with an update on Denny and he explained all his conditions… carefully and exactly and although it was the last thing we ever wanted to do, we knew that it was best to let our little family member slip away peacefully. The receptionist and the trainee cardiologist, whose name I sadly can't remember, didn't

I appreciate that so many have really good reviews of SCVS, but sadly that's not been completely the case for our lovely cat. He had advanced heart failure and we don't feel we were guided well with how he was responding. The medication he was on sadly started causing his kidneys to fail and two rather large legions in his mouth were missed, even… though we brought him in as he wasn't eating. This has been the single most traumatic experience, as we have had to sit back and watch our cat endure nothing but pain and suffering. He had sadly been put to sleep a few days ago.

The physio and hydrotherapy dept was really good. And they were very helpful and friendly. Always left feeling positive that I was able to help with my dogs rehabilitation at home. Overall experience of southern counties Vet specialists was also good too

These vets are not only renowned locally, or even nationally, but worldwide. They really are the best at what they do and I am so, so grateful for the amazing care they gave my dog recently.

I couldn't have asked for more! The Practice staff, admin, nurses and vets made a stressful time so much easier to deal with. The administration staff liased directly with my insurance company ensuring no monies needed to be paid. The vets who operated on my dog were kind, compassionate and very thorough in explaining the procedure to me. 24 hour telephone access for updates. Great people, great service.

Fantastic service and facilities. Fixed our whippet who had a serious injury. Our normal vet was unable to identify problem after more than 4 days. We were referred to them. It's expensive but you pay for what you get in life. My dog was worth every penny.

I do not know how to put into words how AMAZING these guys are. They have brought our dog back from the brink, are always so happy and positive and calm. Ready to answer all questions and help in any way. Wonderful wonderful people.

These are by far the best veterinary specialists that look after my cat hershy, he’s had thyroid and heart problems and they give him the best care and I know he’s in safe hands when he he’s been an impatient.
