Services
Depending on the patient's concerns, doctors can help the patient by giving information, advice and reassurance. They can prescribe medication if necessary and they can refer the patient on for. Our nurses are holistic caregivers for our patients and can carry out a variety of tasks. They can help to manage a patient's physical requirements, prevent future illnesses, provide advice.
We use a system called askmyGP which is an easy and fast way to ask for any kind of help from the practice. We respond during working hours Monday to. What is cervical screening? Cervical screening is a free health test on the NHS that helps to prevent cervical cancer by checking for a virus named HPV.
Here you can find out how to register at our practice and read other important information for patients. We are pleased to advise patients that we are making a significant investment in IT services for the practice and have purchased an online consultation system. How it works for. Where a chaperone is not routinely provided patients must be aware that they are able to ask for one without feeling difficult.

Been coming here 40 years plus, up until around 10 ish years it has gone to sh%% the only GP I know now is Kaur and I can't even get to see her, the other doctors that I've vaguely spoke to if I can even get to speak to I have no idea who they are, all the good nurses have gone also. I have 4 life threatening ailments, one being type one diabetes and I don't even get to have my 2 yearly checks, all the receptionist I knew have gone, there's a couple that I have had to forcibly make them understand that I am a veteran at the gp game so I know not to get messed about so we are on even par that is

Awful service. After calling for over half an hour, I was told to book the appointment myself on their online service which is only available before 12 (and you can't book an appointment a day in advance; you can only book appointments for the current day). After doing that, rather than being given an face to face appointment I was given a 4 hour time frame where they say they'll call me: and even when being told this, the doctor sometimes just flat out won't call at all.

This is one of the worst GP I ever been in contact with. They undermine your problems and don't provide any good solutions. I have few problems but I'm not sure if I should even go to the doctor check it or just deal with the pain. Their new system is horrible. It's nearly impossible to book an appointment here via messaging system. They don't ask "if I have any further questions" like most decent companies. They decide when it's over. One the doctor's I get here is not nice. I'm infact nervous to tell them everything as I'm not sure if it matters. They keep giving quite pointless advice. As international

When reading these reviews, please bear in mind that there are FOUR seperate sergeries, and a community team based at this medical centre, so the reveiw you read may not apply to the practice you are interested in.
With reguards Dr. KAUR and partners:
I've never had any issues here, was with the practice for 18 years before moving out of nottingham, wife is now with them, and I will be rejoining shortly.
Staff are always attentive and the doctors are always willing to hear your thoughts and opinions rather than the 'just take these meds' approach of other surgeries.

I found that the receptionist are extremely rude and unhelpful.. The receptionist this morning shushed me and cut me off and continued to speak over me as she chastised me for making two appointments on the app about different things. Though ive been told by DOCTORS to do this previously. I found her to be absolutely disgusting and foul mouthed, her bedside manner was despicable. I highly recommend NOT SIGNING UP WITH THIS GP unless you want to be treated in this way. This is not the first time. And it certainly won't be the last time. Not only are the receptionist ill mannered, the whole service
