We are keen to help patients improve on self-help and hope that the following information will offer some insight into that. Take a look and see if you can improve your own understanding of your health and well-being! Please encourage others to look here too. Here is a list of ailments that can be safely self-managed.
Patient Knows Best is a new online app, which is soon to be made available to our patients. If you change your address, mobile/telephone number or personal details please let us know. This will help us to keep your records up to date and ensure that any letters or appointments are sent to the correct address.
Our reception team may sometimes offer you a telephone consultation when a routine appointment is not available. The doctors can often assist you in this way, saving you time and effort it takes to come to the surgery. If you think a telephone appointment may be right for you then please ask for one when you call.
Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) this is an NHS service that gives you the chance to change how your GP sends your prescriptions to the place of your choice. To get more information on this service then please don't hesitate to ask our friendly receptionists. Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the Doctor's discretion and are normally for patients on long term medication.
