Indian Head Massage is a very effective therapy which has been practiced in India for thousands of years. The treatment involves massage of the upper back and shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp and face, with the client fully clothed sitting on a chair. This massage releases the stress and the tension that accumulates in the muscles, joints and tissues of the head, neck and shoulders, providing immediate relief.
I've had a lot of massages before, but Paola seemed to find muscles other people never reach, which was amazing and really helped with some lower back issues I've been having. EFT and reiki
I have always been intrigued by reiki and alternative approaches to western medicine treatments of depression and anxiety. After learning more from Paola about her therapies, I decided to try a session of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Reiki.
It was an incredible experience and at the end of the session I felt a huge release, but importantly came away with tools to work on at home to continue the experience. I was deeply relaxed and focused and quite frankly amazed at what Paola was able to do.

My experience with Paola , from discovery call answering all my questions (trust me there is a lot of them) to the actual 1-2-1 session are just over all great. The energy she have is so powerful that even during the casual talk through the healing process my body was in constant tingling sensation, for some this might be scary to experience but if you are in a spiritual journey this stuff is amazing. She is a very beautiful soul with kind heart and everything she does comes from a place of love and acceptance. Can't wait for my next session with her and see what amazing things will unfold. :)

I had a full body massage with Paola and came away feeling incredibly relaxed and replenished. Paola was great at listening to my body and focussing on areas of tension - I felt in safe hands. She was attuned and professional and gave me plenty of silence and space that was what I really needed. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a truly therapeutic experience where you can let go and fully relax. Christina
