The first stage of effectively healing your body is to get you to come in for a free 30 minute consultation. During this time we will discuss your current situation and the history surrounding it. Often our bodies have been compensating for an injury that we picked up a long time ago and haven't realised that the pain we are feeling is actually originating from a problem somewhere completely different in our body.
There is a plethora of reasons why your breathing may have changed recently, and on an anatomical level there are a few key signs that something is impacting this vital mechanism. When we breathe there is a flow of air into and out of the lungs that comprises of various elements that the body needs to function.

I attended David with severe spasms in my hip/lower back area. Walking was very uncomfortable. In less than 10 minutes he had diagnosed the cause as a twisted pelvis which he manipulated back into alignment. The difference in my movement was amazing. One week on and I have felt ongoing improvement in the affected area. His reassuring words and encouragement worked a treat. Thanks a million, David.

I was in incredible pain and not able to function properly. In desperation I contacted David on a Sunday and went to see him the next day. He diagnosed my problem was with my shoulder, which was even making it painful and difficult to eat. I had been unable to sleep. During the first visit he treated my shoulder and I immediately felt better. I visited him regularly and in no time at all I was able to function properly again and resume running. He has helped me by designing a fitness regime for me. I would recommend him to anyone. It is a pleasure to go and see him and be treated by him.

I was very impressed with the level of detail and analysis provided to treat an ongoing hamstring problem.
Being a dancer, it's often hard to find someone who understands the level of flexibility/range of movement required, but David does.
I was also given some helpful advice on exercises and stretches to help prevent the problem coming back.
