Services
For children to develop good spoken language, both non-verbal and verbal communication is important. We want children to understand information well and to behave accordingly. In our good linguistic environment, the children and adults are able to build trust and enjoy communicating together. They are introduced to at least one other language and often more.
There are four classes at Bambini Nursery, each dedicated to an approximate age group. This way staff can focus on children's individual needs effectively. Importantly too, our ratios of staff to children are maintained at all times in each room. Our age groups are approximate as we only move children up when they are ready to move, not because their age dictates it.
At Bambini Nursery, complementing what you do at home, we guide your child on their first steps into learning. We start with them finding out who they are, what they like and need and work out what might be next on their journey to growing up. Children are at the centre of everything we do and how they learn is what motivates us to be the best we can be.
The programme consists of 11 Living Values which Bambini Nursery teach in the suggested recommended order: Peace, Respect, Love, Responsibility, Happiness, Cooperation, Honesty, Humility, Tolerance, Simplicity and Unity. It is ambitious as the children are so young. But we use these values as themes to teach the emotional skills needed to become a well-rounded person.
