Services
Situated in the town of Macduff, Royal Tarlair provides an enjoyable challenge for golfers of all abilities. Our Signature Hole is the Magnificent "Clivet", the par 3; 13th, it could be unlucky for some but is truly one of the most memorable holes you're ever likely to play be sure not to miss this.
QUITE SIMPLY, an utter gem of a hole and a standout on what is an underrated parkland course perched on the cliffs at the edge of Macduff. Indeed, Tarlair might not be the most high profile of 'royal' clubs but in the simply spectacular 'Clivet' it has one of the finest holes in the country. No hyperbole- it is genuinely that good.

A true hidden Scottish links gem. Played this course on the 12th of July in glorious conditions for links golf. Having played some of the highest rated links golf courses in Scotland, the layout of this course is up there amoungst them; at a fraction of the cost! Greens were immaculate, staff friendly. Disagree with anyone saying this is a parkland course, you only have to play the 4th and 13th to appreciate how truly links-y it is. Cannot wait to return and play again
