The service was not that good. Drinks took forever to come. Had issues with the drinks too. Two had to be returned for new ones. The dinner was also cold. Maybe because they wanted to close but first experience was not good for me. The place was nice, cold though. One fireplace was not functional but that happens. The place is pretty though. Love the lady out. Love the windows when going to the toilets.

Slightly subdued due to the Corona virus but good service and a lovely restaurant. The atmosphere lacked a little but that is understandable. The festive drinks were interesting perhaps a little underwhelming but nice enough. The food was great as you would expect from the Ivy chain.
I wouldn't be against trying again during a better time of year. Especially since they looked to have a nice outdoor cocktail bar 🙂.

5 of us for dinner - loved the outside bar. Restaurant was packed & very noisy. After about 9.15 tables around us left & it was much nicer & could chat with those opposite us. Service good and food good too. Not the place to go for a catch up really as it was hard to chat - the St . John's Wood one best for that scenario we now realise. Overall very nice, lovely decor. Recommend trying .

This place is a quiet escape from the hubbub of the city. It is a hidden gem tucked away. The interior is spacious and quiet. It is like an indoor-outdoor garden park oasis. The service was friendly and knowledgable. The food was good. Some items are a bit overpriced for what you get. The seasonal fish dish was cooked perfectly. The best part was the chocolate bomb dessert! It is hard to explain. It is like a dark chocolate shell over a scoop of delicious vanilla ice cream. The server pours over a hot caramel sauce that slightly melts the chocolate shell into the gooey luscious sauce.

I wasn't feeling very good, and didn't order any drinks, but the drinks did look pretty good.
I ordered the olives which were very tasty, but only 5 or so were in the order and felt a little meek.
I ordered the fish and chips it was well prepared with nice touches.
I would definitely go back - most the food I saw come out looked tasty and well presented.

This place has a fantastic buzz. As we walked in, there was a DJ playing tunes on the left, the drinks were flowing and it looked like everyone was having fun. We were seated in the area near the bar which is akin to a garden. The roof there is retractable so we got a nice breeze.
For drinks we enjoyed Moscow Mules, Bellinis, Mojitos, Espresso Martinis and the Candy Floss Fizz. All of the drinks were great although some found the Fizz a little too sweet.
To start we enjoyed the tempura prawn (amazing), olives, almonds and zucchini fries. I really enjoyed the fries and the spicy mayo.rhey came

There was a party of 7 of us and ALL had to send our main meal back,
Shockingly bland and dry... and you know you have an issue if the whole table send their food back.
We had to complain to the manager, and even after he said he would investigate , he STILL did not come back with any feedback or apology.
So honestly, please don't waste your time and money on bland , tasteless food!
Time for them to seriously re- evaluate their chef and cooking staff, or ahut this place down!!!

A charming place with an attentive staff. Prior comments about the service being slow do resonate with me. The atmosphere is excellent - the city meets the west end. The roasted chicken was excellent and worth having again. The burger however was average. The bartenders are trained well, you might be better off ordering your preferred cocktail than those listed on the menu (that stands true for many restaurants). I'll come back, but no for the burger. Oh, and the lunch menus could use more salad options.
