Nestled within the pretty Victorian terraces on Coborn Road, slap bang between Mile End and Bow, lies the East End's best pub. Our seasonal menu boasts a variety of fresh, British plates; ranging from lighter lunch & brunch dishes to our famous Sunday roasts at the weekend. Craft beer, cocktails and wines from all around the world are always fully stocked in both our bar and restaurant.
We are ideally located whether you're catching up with friends, working out of the office or enjoying that all important family gathering. Dogs are welcome only if the owners are well behaved. Bursting with character and charm, your favourite local, with variety of gorgeously designed rooms and a south-facing beer garden.

Services
We host a range of weekly events in addition to monthly festivals or celebrations. From cocktail & spirit masterclasses & whisky ice carving, to wine tasting & food pairing. Sunday is when we make sure everyone is full, happy, taken care of and having a great time. Roasts served all day, non-stop, until all eaten.
The Coborn has a number of spaces which can be booked and reconfigured to suit any event (engagements, birthdays, leaving dos, wakes, baby showers, corporate diners - we do it all!). We can provide a number of dining options, which coupled with the friendly service of our dedicated staff, will make sure you have an event to remember.

This is an absolute belter of a boozer. Fantastic service, delicious food, great atmosphere and decor. Their Sunday roast is lovely, not any of this microwaved rubbish, a proper roast with proper meat. There is no kids menu visible but they do a kids version of everything off the normal menu when you ask. Excellent lagers on tap including Camden Hells and Estrella. A short walk from Mile End tube for this absolute gem.

It was our second visit for a family Sunday lunch as our daughters live just around the corner. The service again was faultless and the food was excellent. On top of this, they had one of my favourite ales on… draught, Beavertown Neck Oil. It was well worth the three hour round trip, and if I lived closer it would without doubt become a regular haunt of mine.

Had a lovely time at here. We booked inside as it was too hot outside. Really glad we did as there is not a lot of shade outside (!!) we were greeted with a warm welcome on arrival, shown to our table (we actually got to choose ourselves). Drinks ordered by another friendly staff member and shown the menus. On such a hot day we didn't want a main meal and thought we would graze on starters. Boy what a great idea! I can heartily recommend pork and black pudding sausage roll, chorizo scotch egg, triple cooked chips and the warm camonbear (forgive my spelling). The food and accompanying service was

A superb pub hidden on a quiet residential road in Mile End! I went here with a friend for lunch and was really happy. The staff was incredibly kind, extremely welcoming and friendly, so much so he even brought out water for our dogs. The food was delicious - really good pub food, I would recommend the scotch egg, it was terrific! if the weather is good like it was today, you must try out the outdoor seating!

This used to be a standard pub and boy has it been transformed! Really lovely pleasant atmosphere, great for an after work drink, Sunday roast or a meal in the dining room. Great outside area for the summer. Dogs are allowed in the bar, where you can eat pretty much the same menu as the dining room. Winner!

A Youngs pub that is really made in warm weather (add an extra star!) by its small suntrap garden out front. It is a nice pub otherwise, just a shame it only serves one or two of the standard Young's' beers.

We've been here twice on a visit from the States. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, it's comfortable and not at all touristy. The house beers are good, but we especially liked the food. Everything is so very fresh, seemingly like from their garden that day. The Beef in Guinness Pie with fresh veggies is especially good, I'm hoping we can squeeze in one more trip back there before we leave for one more dish.

Bow Road isn't the most exciting place to find real ale pubs. However, step but a a hundred metres (or maybe even less - my ability to judge distance is shaky at best) down Coborn Road, and you'll find this gem of a Youngs pub.
I should note that I've only been in lunchtime and mid afternoon - I've not visited this pub in the evening. However, I cannot fault the Coborn Arms as a lunchtime pub. Both the front outside patio and the interior are spotlessly clean. There is a vegetable garden out the side (which punters sadly cannot trespass on, though I was allowed to nick a

A Young's pub in a nice area of Mile End, the Coborn arms serves reasonably priced food and has quite a nice atmosphere. It's especially pleasant on summer evenings when the front terrace is full.
The food is nothing special; my partner wasn't overly impressed with the quantity of his all-day breakfast, though the quality was quite good.

The Coborn Arms, like its neighbour the Morgan Arms, syles itself as a family-oriented gastropub and though its menu may not be as fancy as that of the Morgan, The Coborn certainly packs them in of a Friday night.
With its dedicated darts room and Sky TV the Coborn is a favourite amongst locals who come for the good, hearty and reasonably priced food. Unlike the Morgan the interior of this place is not uber-trendy but focuses rather on cultivating a cosy, genuine pub atmosphere which it certainly accomplishes.
Drinks wise they offer a good selection at fairly standard rates and the outdoor seating
