The Liverpool Road branch is now the central hub of the practice with appointments available all day and surgical operations occurring on site. This branch is credited with hospital status and has state-of-the-art facilities including three surgical suites, digital x-ray and endoscopy equipment, and an ultrasound machine that is identical to that used in human hospitals.
There are separate cat and dog kennels, isolation kennels for infectious patients and an in-house laboratory where blood and other samples can be processed the same day. We are open at the Buckley branch for routine consultations 7 days a week on an appointment basis. At this branch, we have 24-hour on-site nursing.

Services
Veterinary Surgeons are available by appointment throughout the day at all branches to diagnose and treat illness, as well as carry out a variety of preventative health care procedures. Appointments can be requested online, made over the telephone or in person at the reception desk - priority is given to urgent cases.
Childer Thornton is the most recent addition to our family and was our first venture 'across the border' into England! There has been a veterinary surgery in Childer Thornton for over a century and after a break of a few years, Village Vets was proud to be able to open the practice again. Village Vets Childer Thornton is open Monday-Friday for consultations, nurse clinics and operations.
Meadowbank Veterinary Centre joined the Village Vet family in 2008. Situated on the Mold Road, it is set in a wonderful plot with ample parking and its very own duck pond. Meadowbank has state-of-the-art digital x-ray equipment and its own surgical facilities. There are separate dog and cat kennels and there is an in-house laboratory for same-day processing of blood and other samples.
Mancot was the original home of Village Vets. The business started here back in 2002. It is located right in the heart of the Village and is proud to serve the local community. Nowadays, it is also our administrative head office and offers veterinary consultations every morning and evening. As the smallest branch, we can provide a quieter atmosphere for those pets who get worried about coming to the vets.
We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!

The whole team at Village Vets provide a fantastic service. Always very helpful on the phone and accommodating with appointment arrangements. All of the vets and nurses explain everything clearly and thoroughly while giving our dogs maximum care and attention. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Village Vets at Liverpool Road and Mancot to friends and family.

The vet greeted myself and my dog Buddy warmly, he was there to have his yearly booster injections as I'd only had him from a rescue home since June, she explained to me on what she was giving him, she also gave him a health check and answered all my questions. He didn't have any problems. This was my first visit to the village vets in Mancot and I would totally recommend it.

Village vets have always been dedicated to their animal care and even under the circumstances this hasn't changed!
Obviously a new system in place but very easy to follow...ring for app, pull your car in and park up, wait for staff member to approach car, wear your mask...bit wrenching handing my dog over rather than going in with her but she came back wagging so it's not like it bothered her as long as she gets her loving.
