Services
You are assured of a warm welcome from Steve and his assistant Martin Robinson who both offer an enthusiastic and personal service in the golf shop. I started golfing at Beauchief Golf Course where I joined the Club as a junior member, throughout my time at Beauchief I represented the scratch team on many occasions.
Situated in the Sheffield suburb of Bradway its name is derived from a time when the playing of golf in the Sheffield Union was prohibited on a Sunday. A dedicated group of golfers formed the club to continue playing, but named it after the local railway station, trains being the best means of travelling beyond the city limits at this time.
Our mature parkland course boasts 23 holes and is situated in Bradway, South Sheffield close to the Derbyshire Peak District. The original 18 hole par 70 (5785 yard) course is still played during the winter while a challenging new par 72 (6547 yard) course, including five additional holes opened in 2005 is played from spring to autumn.
Our challenging par 72 (6547 yard) parkland course is probably the least undulating in Sheffield and is an excellent test for golfers of all levels. Situated in Bradway, South Sheffield close to the Derbyshire Peak District we are easily found off the Sheffield ring road. Visitors are welcome most days at Dore & Totley subject to Tee Time availability including some Saturdays.
Specifically manufactured Golf Hoodies are acceptable - to be worn with hood down in the clubhouse. Keep Mobile Telephones on SILENT OR DISCREET mode at all times when in the Clubhouse or on the Course. If it is necessary for you to make or accept a call, please leave any public area, and handle discreetly.

Great location, friendly cliental and staff. Clean, welcoming, would recommend for private functions or simply a round of golf and a drink at the 19th.

Course in good condition but 16 temporary greens last Friday. Not surprising with rain recently.

This is an excellent golf course. Keeping it on the fairway is a must if you want par. Birdies are hard to come by. The greens run fast and true. I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent course, well presented with greens too good for me! It's obviously been too long since my last visit but I look forward to a return.

One of the best courses in Sheffield. A bit soggy and muddy at this time of year and also busy first Saturday after lockdown. Enjoyed getting out for some golf though

I celebrated my 65th birthday here on Friday. The room was free and looked lovely with Christmas decorations up along with my own decorations. The food served by the resident chef was delicious and plentiful. The bar served a good selection of drinks. All of my friends and family commented how nice everything was and how much they enjoyed themselves. The venue is perfect for anyone looking for a place to celebrate their occasion.

What an absolutely fantastic golf course this is. A real hidden gem, and a great test of golf regardless of what your handicap may be. Great views too on a very undulating course that will burn off many a calorie! We played on a Sunday afternoon twilight deal for £29, & it was worth every penny. Cracking little spike bar just behind 18th green with reasonably priced drinks. Well worth a visit.
