The course is open. Course fully open, please keep buggies & trollies away from the areas cordoned off by white hoops. Please also repair your pitch marks and use the soil boxes on par 3's to repair your divots. Lees Hall Golf Club was established in 1907 as a 9 hole course, increasing to 18 holes in 1911.

Services
Andrew is a Class AA member of the Professional Golfers Association and has 15 years of experience as a Professional. As a player Andrew has had success both regionally and nationally and since passing his PGA coaching exams with Distinction has become a respected teacher to golfers of all abilities.
Ian Whitehead, our head green keeper and his team have transformed our course over the past few years into one of which we are all very proud of today. The club have invested heavily in new machinery to allow Ian and his team to manage and maintain the course throughout the year, so we can present the course to you in the best condition possible.
We can cater for over a 100 people seated for dinner, and have had up to 250 people at evening receptions. In recent years Lees Hall Golf Club has established a great reputation for the quality of its food, event management & welcoming clubhouse. Although my visisit wasn't for golf, but sadly a funeral wake I was very impressed. The catering was a hot buffet and was excellent. The only down side was the exterior lighting, as a stranger I couldn't find my way back to the car park. There wasn't sufficient lighting to see the paths. The paths were pot holded and uneven. A couple of the lights needed the bulbs changing which didn't help things at all. Overall a good visit.

The course is fairly good with some great holes mid round being 7 8 9 and 10. Overall its a short course where if your a good driver of the ball you could shoot really low. I found as a low handicapper I could get driver out alot as the fairways were either wide, or there wasn't much trouble on a miss. The greens were average but I believe there has been drainage works so they should only get better. Finally the club house is good and you get the feeling of a good social side. The food was great, especially the hand cut chips. I wouldn't mind returning to play an open event.

We had the best time for our wedding reception the staff was brilliant the buffet food was delicious I had loads of guests commenting how it was the best wedding food they had ever had and Matt the manager was outstanding to say the least he was so accommodating and was the best host we could have ever wished for I highly recommend this place for any venue.
