Their team of highly qualified veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses are on hand to provide immediate emergency and critical care for your pets at nights and weekends.
We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
You may obtain relevant veterinary medicinal products from us OR ask for a prescription and obtain these medicines from another veterinary surgeon or pharmacy. Your veterinary surgeon may prescribe relevant veterinary medicinal products only following a clinical assessment of an animal under their care.
We've partnered with Video Vets Now so you can speak to a vet from home or out and about - 7 days a week between 8am and 11pm. Consults are 10 mins and cost 24. If your pet needs to be seen by us or Vets Now, your original 24 payment will be refunded. We partnered with Video Vets Now to help you get the advice and reassurance you need, wherever you are.

Our experience of Animal 1st Vets was positive. Our elderly cat was dying, what we liked they didn't push for doing extra tests. In other places the business's seem target based. Mo McNee the vet was very caring and sympathetic as were other members of staff. We would have no hesitation in recommending this practice. One negative though there is very little in out of hours consultation at the weekend.

Staff are extremely lovely. Very helpful. Not met an unfriendly staff member yet. They are very accommodating, I pre-warned them of my cat who's very terrified of vets and can be violent. They appreciate when told in advance so they could prepare. They also were very helpful with me bringing him in as I am disabled and need help transporting from car to vets and back. Very kind. Plus they give clear estimates of pricing so there is no "sudden expsenses". They are also brilliant with giving advice to help manage your pets holistically without trying to charge extra for consultations.
