Fison Fitness (previously known as Community Circuits) has been a fixture in the Herne Hill community for 8 years. Anne took over the reins in 2015 before bringing Joe into the fold in early 2019. Mid pandemic 2020 Joe and Anne opened up a new studio on Burbage Road in the Dulwich Sports Club.
Both Joe and Anne grew up in Herne Hill and although they have moved further afield (well Brixton and West Norwood) they could not leave behind the lovely Herne Hill community.Both Joe and Anne believe that fitness is a key part of being happy and healthy and want to instill this philosophy in their clients.

Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. It emphasises the balanced development of the body through core strength and flexibility. Pilates teaches body awareness which helps create efficient and graceful movement in everyday life.
In our Pilates classes, all abilities are welcome and our teachers will make sure that, whether you are just starting out or a Pilates regular, you will be challenged, taught and helped.As well as helping correct bad habits, it compliments all other types of exercise. Through postural realignment and increasing core strength, it can be invaluable for back problems, weak bladders, and general toning.

We are delighted to offer a simple and flexible memberships. With NO CONTRACTS, NO NOTICE PERIODS & NO CANCELLATION FEES. Come and go as you please. It is easy to upgrade and downgrade memberships depending on how busy you are as well, so if you are off on holiday simply cancel you membership the month before and sign up again when you get home.
This is an 8-week challenge like no other. At Fison Fitness we don't focus on quick-fix fad dieting or try to kill you in the gym. This challenge is about realising a long term, lifestyle adjustment and changing your daily habits in a way that is positive, easy to maintain and fits into your daily routine- all without sacrificing enjoying your life.

Great gym and classes, I attend the mum and baby circuits classes which are really good for all fitness levels. Plenty of mum and baby classes to choose from which is something I found other gyms don’t offer. Also been attending Carinas yoga classes on a Sunday morning which I would highly recommend, suitable for all levels and I have really noticed an improvement in my flexibility and core strength. Instructors in both classes always take the time to ensure I get the most out of the class.

After attending my first class in brockwell Park today, I was put to the test but I set that myself. The instructor was motivating, positive and encouraging. I have not done any exercise for over 6years and I felt so good leaving the class and can't wait to go back, you do feel the pain and burn but once you push through it its worth while. I lasted the whole hour and I didn't think I could do it as I have bad asthma. I would rate it a 10 out of 10.
