We are a traditional family run pub restaurant set in the beautiful village of Brightwell Baldwin, as featured in Mid summer Murders. The Nelson is a warm and welcoming destination for any event, from a quick drink after work, a light lunch from our set lunch menu, dinner with friends or entertaining business clients.
We are located half way between the river side town of Wallingford and the quaint village of Watlington, only 20 minus from Henley on Thames, and Oxford city centre. Whether you fancy a gentle stroll around the countryside, or a planned pub walk the surrounding areas of Brightwell Baldwin and Watlington offer beautiful views and stunning walks.
