We are not governed by head office, our recommendations are based on what is best for you - our patient.

Regular eyetests can detect health issues like diabetes, high blood pressure, and many other life threatening conditions where early detection is vital in their treatment. Very disappointed with the service here for my grandmother. The optician told her that she was getting old and her deterioriation in her eyesight was perfectly normal and that she should instead watch the TV. If the optician had called her in for a check up, he would have noticed that she had cataracs. Instead, we had to wait 5 hours in A&E because the optician here didn't want to see her. If we had to wait any longer the situation would have been much worse and a more powerful laser being used for the operation. Hopefully they will show more care and be mindful of the language they use to others

Had my annual eye examination here this week, the optician and staff were friendly and professional, covid protocols are in place so I felt safe. This is my local optician, I've been going here for a few years. It's an independent family optician, I always see the same optician, the service is always excellent, there's a good range of frames on offer without the hard sell you get when you visit a franchise. I highly recommend this optician

My first visit here with my 5 year old daughter and it was one of the best service we have both experienced. The specialist made her totally calm and relaxed and did all the relevant checks. I highly recommend this optician for all your eye care needs.

Excellent customer service and terrific selection of frames. I hadn't had my eyes examined in years and was impressed with how quickly and efficiently the optometrists took care of me. The equipment and facilities were all cutting edge, clean and comfortable. I'd highly recommend the store to anyone.
