My Husband and I recently stayed in this lovely country hotel. Everything was fantastic, the room was very clean and had everything in it you could want. The owners were great, a family atmosphere and great hosts. The food in the restaurant was delicious so no need to go out to eat. A friendly welcome when we arrived, by chance all 5 couples pulled in to the car park at the same time.

Fabulous little hidden gem, family run and nothing is too much trouble. I can't remember the last time I stayed somewhere so friendly. Comfortable and secluded, ideal for exploring the North Yorkshire Dales. Can't recommend it highly enough

Stayed here for 2 nights. It was a lovely experience and I'll definitely be staying again if I visit the area another time.
We truly felt like guests at this hotel with the level of friendly service.
The food (breakfast and dinner) was phenomenal.
The rooms were great too, comfortable beds and good shower.

Cottage Lea's is situated in an idyllic countryside location on the fringes of the North York Moors, with easy to access to all local attractions. The hotel has a relaxed and informal ambience and all of the staff were friendly, attentive and hospitable. Breakfast was very good, with a varied selection from continental to cooked options, all served in the pleasant onsite restaurant.
Unfortunately, the room was disappointing and in need of refurbishment. The mattress and bed in particular were appalling and very uncomfortable, which severely detracted from the experience. Additionally, the shower

Hosts were friendly, rooms basic but very clean and spacious. Lovely field views and a great pint of beer. Evening meal was reasonable and the breakfasts very good.
