I had an appointment today as I was concerned about my eye , it wasn’t right ( blurry / foggy ) the optician I saw ( DR Michael hope ) was brilliant ! He spent so much time with me checking my eye scans and I felt really well looked after , and wrote me a referral there and then , also the young lady who greeted me and did the scans of my eyes and the young lady who talked to me after , we’re both really lovely too , very good service and definitely recommend 🙂

They’re the best opticians ever!!!
They were so kind and helpful when my 2 year old came for her appointment and we found out she needed glasses. It was something I was quite apprehensive about as she’s so young but they were brilliant. I’m so glad for their help as she loves wearing them and is always saying she can see better with them on :). And despite her being a bit upset by the eye drops on her first appointment she clearly likes going because she keeps wanting to go back 😂
I couldn’t recommend them as opticians more! And I’ll definitely be back when I need a new prescription

I have been a customer for years with this company. I have tried to get an appointment. I am 76 and get free tests I was told they were fully booked till the end of the year. The last time I tried they there was a fee of 60 pounds it seems to me that they want people to pay even it's free I am disappointed with this sort of treatment. I will take my custom elsewhere if that's how you treat loyal customers Thank you.

First time I've been here for my eye test and lens, (they fitted them into my current frames), and I will certainly be going back. Kindness and professional all the way through from the eye test and fitting of glasses. You do have to pay for the eye test but the equipment is first class and well worth it.

Just to add no idea which opticians the reviewer complaining about fit added but it certainly wasn't Coleman!! The staff go above and beyond to ensure you choose glasses that suit you and fit well. All glasses are fitted to you and you can return at any time, free of charge, to have them adjusted if you need. I cannot recommend Coleman highly enough and their staff are incredibly helpful
