Dipple & Conway is a family run, independent opticians that has a vast heritage of over 100 years. We have been offering the highest clinical service, and exemplary customer care since 1916. We aim to answer most of our frequently asked questions here, however, if you have any other questions or concerns, please contact us at your local branch or contact our Norwich store on 01603 626750. Below 40 years of age we recommend you have an eye test at least once every two years. Over 40 you should have an eye test every year.

The time and care offered at this place is exceptional. Every question I ask concerning my eyesight is answered in a way l can understand, and time is always taken to talk about how to prevent further sight loss, whether by medication or diet. The range of frames available is certainly the most comprehensive I've seen.
