Horrendously grumpy old man that has no customer service!
I was 6 minutes late, I had called and said I was struggling with parking. Got told if I was there in 5 minutes they would see me.
Was greeted with “being late is unacceptable and I’m only doing this as a favour”
I’m sure if I didn’t walk out after being spoken to like that it wouldn’t have been a favour and would have still got charged.

Great place good quality glasses the staff make you feel welcome and not just another person like at some places. All staff friendly and helpful when choosing a frame for glasses or if you have any general questions. The eye test was very good and quick my dad has been going here for 30 years and never had a problem. Strongly recommend

When looking for their phone number, I spotted this one-star review. Dreadful service' could not be a more inaccurate observation in relation to this company. I have a monthly (free) contact lens swap. I turn up unannounced and have always been treated with the utmost friendly and prompt courtesy. Similarly, annual checkups are comprehensive and professional - totally in contrast to the offhand, money-driven service in the High Street chains I retreated from three years ago.
