We are a small, family operated and owned Veterinary Hospital located just outside Downham Market in West Norfolk. Little things in this world matter. We currently have around 13000 patients. But we know that Charlie, the 13 year old Scottish Terrier is the most important dog in the world to Mrs Darby (who is 82) and we know that Mrs Stevens, only has eyes for Killer, her 14 year old Ginger Tom Cat. Charlie and Killer are treated as unique and important little people with four legs.

The Vets One group came highly recommended. My mini Daschund was treated with kindness and gentleness. The vets listened to my concerns and answered them with understandable language . Nothing was too much trouble and no speeding you out the door. All together an amazing practice.

We had an emergency with our cat, called the Vets One Group , they didn't take new clients in Kings Lynn and Downam Market, sadly our poor cat passed away in agony, as it seems no one cares in this country about animals.... Feeling disgusted about the services in UK, put us off to get a new animal in this " animal loving" country...

After a few poor experiences with another local vet whom we have been with for 30 years, we decided to try Vets One. We only wish we had gone to them earlier!! Now having been to both sites and seeing a variety of professionals (we have lots of cats and dogs of various ages) I can happily reccomend them without hesitation. The care, compassion, expertise are second to none and exactly what you want to receive. Their ethos is not about making money from worried owners in our experience.Thank you Vets One you really are number 1 to us

Every time we visit Vets One I'm impressed. Our routine visit last year (spaying) was smooth and really well handled. Our last visit was an out of hours emergency on a Sunday night, which needed surgery. Despite being a horrible experience, the Vets One staff gave me confidence in the procedure and put me at ease. The follow up appointments were quick and thorough and the whole process was super professional. Both surgeries healed quickly and cleanly, and our dog loves the staff too. All round highly recommended!
