Services
We have both worked in many clinics and in several different countries. We have experienced a wide variety of veterinary practices which led us to creating our own special practice. We have a wonderful, very professional, dedicated, and caring team. The exceptional care you receive demonstrates how much we value your pets and how we treat them as if they are our own!
Our dream was always to find a clinic that was in a good community, one we could honestly feel was ours for the long term. Our dream clinic would be someplace to make our own and call home. The Centre has many qualities that meet our dream clinic criteria. An important one of these qualities is that we are able to stay on the property.
Can't thank the wonderful crew at Polden Hills enough for their wonderful care and dedication they have shown to us and our pets over the years. The sad passing of our beloved spaniel Clio was made to feel a warm loving caring event in her last moments, they truly do care, lovely people. We've been clients of Polden Hills for a few years and have always found them to be wonderful.
A very warm welcome to your professional, friendly and caring small animal Veterinary Clinic. We offer special care 24/7 care with owner vets on-site. Throughout the clinic your comfort and the 24/7 comfort, care and safety of your pets has been considered. A separate spacious waiting area for dogs helps keep everyone calm.
When the veterinary centre is closed, the 24 hour emergency services apply - call 01278 722088. You will always be able to contact a veterinary surgeon in the case of emergency because we stay on site and provide our own emergency service. Our clients value the 24 hour compassionate care we provide and are willing to drive from all of these communities.

Never known a vet center who care so much for the animals. Sounds ridiculous but not every vets does! Super friendly staff, always so welcoming, understanding and go above and beyond expectations.
I live ~35 minutes away and travel past 3 other vetrinary centers to get here, as does the rest of my family nearby.

We were recommended the Polden Hills Vet Centre by our neighbours who had their dog put to sleep by them after a short illness. We took our 14 year old Welsh Springer to them as he had suffered a stroke and had to be put to sleep and they were all absolutely wonderful. They showed great respect and kindness to Churchill as well as my husband to whom Churchill had been devoted for all his life. John asked for him to remain in the back of the car to have the injection which they agreed was best and they talked softly and kindly to Churchill, stroking him and giving him so much love and kindness at

It is very wheelchair friendly, and if your not great on your feet. Lots of seats for perching on, and sofas, even in the treatment rooms, it's fantastic for owners too, not just the pats.
They have recently been renovating and there are ramps at both access points. Nice smooth flooring and exceptional staff who are kind, friendly and very helpful. I travel to get to them, there's good vets that I pass but I want the best!
