By reducing the frequency of our deliveries we're aiming to save many miles of traffic to our practice. I have been taking my pets for around 8 years. They are friendly and helpful. When our beloved 19 year old cat was very ill they were very supportive during a very difficult time. I will not go anywhere else.

Services
We've partnered with Video Vets Now so you can speak to a vet from home or out and about - 7 days a week between 8am and 11pm. Consults are 10 mins and cost 24. If your pet needs to be seen by us or Vets Now, your original 24 payment will be refunded. We partnered with Video Vets Now to help you get the advice and reassurance you need, wherever you are.
We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
If you have an emergency out of our normal practice hours you will need to visit the out-of-hours emergency service. We have staff onsite from 8:00am until 7:00pm, but do not have overnight staff. If you have an out of hours emergency, please call our Milehouse branch on 01752 567567, from there you will be automatically directed to the out-of-hours clinic, or you can call them directly on 01752 702646.
Prescriptions are available from this practice. You may obtain relevant Veterinary medicinal products from your Veterinary surgeon or ask for a written prescription and obtain these medicines from another Veterinary surgeon or pharmacy. Your Veterinary surgeon may prescribe relevant medicinal products only following a clinical assessment of an animal under their care.

They are only driven by money, NOT the love of animals. During lockdown, when we were all supposed be be coming together during this awful time. My injured cat was turned away who needed an operation on her leg. They agreed for us to pay in 2 instalments, we said great first payment tomorrow and 2nd payment in a few days. They said no 1st payment right now, it was approx 5pm, so they weren’t prepared to wait 7 hours for 1st payment. The first lockdown hit lots of people in their pockets and they weren’t prepared to wait 7 hours. We already had an account with them and we had an impeccable payment

Easy to set up appt with prompt response by phone after email booking request. Phone on arrival and wait in car park. Busy clinics, so delay, but happy to do so in warm car. Vet collected pet from car after quick chat about issue. Vet brought pet back with comprehensive briefing and I bought medication and paid for consultation at reception. Also fed back details of existing treatment by email and fast response back. Excellent service could not be faulted

My first trip here was disappointing to say the least. My guinea pig Hektor was incredibly sick, he was prescribed medicam then discharged with the instructions to monitor him. After three trips and no treatments other than pain relief I made the choice to end his suffering.
More recently they've been working with my guinea pig dovahkiin who is 5/6 years old and losing massive amounts of weight, while they don't know what's wrong with him their care for him has been incredible and is the only thing that saved this from being a 1* review.

Brilliant services and wonderful staff; I refuse to take my pets anywhere else!
The staff have always been very understanding and really kind hearted towards me and my animals; we've not once had a problem there and have been with them for well over a year now!
Their Price range is not to high and is definitely worth every penny considering the quilty service given.
Not once have any of my pets come home looking upset or uncomfortable from a visit, nor with any infections or anything that would come to concern atall!
I would 100% recommend!
