The Willows Primary School
It is a pleasure to introduce our website, which will give you an insight into the life of our school. Whether you are a pupil, parent, governor, teacher, volunteer or a prospective pupil we hope to provide a glimpse of all that The Willows has to offer. We are a happy, caring and friendly school where all children are encouraged to do their best.

All of our pupils are encouraged to develop as individuals, so that they can fulfil their highest possible potential in all areas of school life. We believe the best chance of success for each child comes when there is a partnership between home and school and therefore we look forward to working with you to achieve this.
Services
The Willows Primary School follows the admission process set out by Stoke on Trent City Council. The next period of admissions is for the school year 2022/23. In-Year Transfers may be arranged directly with our in-house Admissions Officer as they are subject to ever changing pupil enrolment numbers.
The PTFA is a registered charity (1114912) which was first started at The Willows in 2006. The charity is run solely by volunteers who are parents, teachers, grandparents, or members of the local community (our friends). Our members work together to benefit all of the children at The Willows Primary School.
The Willows Primary School is host to the Local Authority's Primary Resource Base for children with a Hearing Impairment. The Resource Base provides specialist educational support in a mainstream setting for children who have a primary need of hearing impairment, some of the children may have additional learning or physical needs.
The pupils at The Willows Primary School all wear school uniform. The Willows Primary School uniform logo is based on the willow tree; this appears on the school polo shirts as well. Select to deliver to store and your order will come to the school for collection at your convenience. Royal blue hoody (School logo available) or royal blue sweat shirt & navy tracksuit trousers may be worn in winter.
Stoke 100 Reads was introduced to promote a love of reading for pleasure amongst children throughout Stoke-on-Trent and to encourage families to read together. Children, parents and teachers across Stoke-on-Trent voted for their favourite 100 books for children to read before they leave primary school.

Report
The Willows Primary do an amazing job of bringing our children on. As a grandmother and volunteer reading supporter I see first hand how the children grow and flourish at school each year. The Staff and Ptfa are to be congratulated on their committment to the pupils.
