I am a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Gloucestershire, with therapy rooms in Hucclecote and Winchcombe. Whether you know what the changes are you need to make or if you feel that you need to make changes but you aren't sure what those changes are then Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) could be the ideal therapy to help you.

For you, that change may be how you feel, or respond to events, or how you behave. It may be something tangible like losing your temper, suffering with anxiety or smoking or biting your nails or it may be more difficult to put into words other than 'I just don't feel like me'. You may have a specific phobia that is preventing you from enjoying your life.

I am a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Gloucestershire, with therapy rooms in Hucclecote and Winchcombe. I trained at Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training, a leading teaching college. This training lead to a Solution Focused Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (DSFH). I subsequently gained my Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) through the National Council of Hypnotherapy.

This might take only a few minutes or a bit longer, maybe 15/20 minutes. The initial consultation is designed to assess what you want to achieve, how hypnotherapy can help you and how many sessions you are likely to need.

Understanding how the brain works and why we might become angry can help us to learn how to control our emotions. Then we can learn how to respond in a more rational and effective way. You will be able to manage situations in a calm, controlled way. When we're stressed it can often manifest itself as anger (the fight aspect of our natural, primitive response to survival - fight, flight, freeze).
Many surveys over the years show that around one third of the UK population suffer with poor sleep or insomnia. With nearly a quarter sleeping less than five hours or less each night. It will come as no consolation to you if you are suffering, that you are not alone. What might be more reassuring is to know that there is help available.
