I specialise in helping clients with Anxiety, Depression, Weight Management, Insomnia and Smoking Cessation, using a wide range of modern and well researched techniques, all of which are backed up by brain-based science.I trained at the accredited Clifton Practice in Bristol and I'm registered with the relevant bodies, including the NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapy) and the AfSFH (Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy).

The consultation video series holds nothing back and takes you through exactly how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy works so that you can make an informed choice as to if the therapy is right for you. The problem is that not everyone knows exactly how hypnotherapy works and it's always daunting to commit physically, mentally and financially to something you know nothing about.
Anxiety is a natural human response that can happen when we "perceive" that there is a threat or danger. Anxiety can create a feeling of worry, fear or nervousness, especially when faced with stressful events and changes to our day to day lives. Worrying, overthinking, feeling tense or afraid about what might or might not happen ("what ifs").
Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. Also called major depressive disorder or clinical depression, it affects how you feel, think and behave and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems. Negative thinking can take over your life, "I'm a failure", "life's not worth living", "it's my fault" are all very common thought processes when you suffer from depression.
We can all experience sleepless nights at some point in our lives. This can happen due to many reasons. It is quite common to lose sleep over some temporary anxious situations or worries that you may have in life.

However, if you are continually finding it difficult to sleep on a more regular basis perhaps, regularly waking up, tossing and turning in bed most of the night and waking the next day feeling run down or tired, then you could be suffering from insomnia.Constantly worrying about the lack of sleep or dreading the thought of going to bed at night because you know you wont be able to sleep.
For the majority of smokers, the greatest difficulty people will find when it comes to quitting is actually committing themselves to stop. You have probably been thinking about it for a while now but for some reason something has always prevented you from taking the next step.
