Rude manager at one of their bars, but no way to complain/escalate it to this parent company via email/website... clearly they just don't care enough!

A cool bar based in Shepherd's Studios, a building full of (usually media) offices near the West 12 shopping centre. It's open from the early morning to serve breakfast, then has a range of lunch dishes. All drinks are available throughout the day, well into the night.

The management throw some good promotional nights to attract the punters. There was once a quiz night, and recently a comedy night, which was hilarious!

Friday nights should probably be avoided as it gets just too busy and claustrophobic. The drinks are pretty expensive (£8 for a cocktail), but it's a nice place
