St Anne's is a school we are very proud of. Our school is a positive place that provides a safe and nurturing environment, where everyone matters and everyone succeeds. Our children enjoy coming to school and are encouraged to become confident, independent young people, fully prepared for the next stage of life's journey.
At St Anne's, we have strong partnerships with parents and the school's surrounding community - particularly within our Parish of St Anne and Blessed Dominic. If you are thinking of sending your child to St Anne's School, please contact the school office to arrange a meeting or tour and you are always welcome to attend one of our Open Evenings!

Our history curriculum will help pupils gain a coherent knowledge and understanding of Britain's past and that of the wider world. It will inspire pupils' curiosity to know more about the past. Our children will be encouraged to ask perceptive questions, think critically, weigh evidence, sift arguments, and develop perspective and judgement.
Nursery is where most of our children begin their journey and join our school community. We would like to take this opportunity to wish you a warm 'St Anne's Welcome'. We are really excited about working with you and your child throughout the year and cannot wait to show you all of the exciting things Nursery will be getting up to.
For those who haven't been with us in Nursery we would like to take this opportunity to wish you a warm 'St Anne's Welcome'. We will also work closely with children and adults from our neighbouring Nursery class, where Miss Gordon, Mrs Furneyo and Miss Dwyer will be starting our younger children's educational journey.
We have lots of exciting learning to look forward to this year. This is the place for you to discover what is going on in Year 3. We will be posting updates every week, so you can view our amazing work and all the wonderful learning taking place in class. Homework - All homework is set on a Friday and to be completed the following Friday.
Another brilliant week showing how amazing we are! What a lovely way to end the term catching up on Teams together. I am going to organise another one the week we are back - I will try to do it Friday 26th, but I will just need to check when Mrs Crolla plans on doing the Big Democracy, so I will confirm this the week after half term.
